This past week, at the Colorado State Board of Education, the Right to Know campaign was launched.  Thank you for visiting our webpage and learning more about this bipartisan effort to achieve more data transparency and openness in Colorado education systems.

Launching this website and our coalition was just one part of the effort. We want policymakers to hear from families directly. We were very proud when both Jasmine and Imari, with the Colorado Youth Congress, a coalition member of Right to Know, spoke so eloquently to state board members.  Student voice is essential in this effort to let policymakers know that families and communities have the right to know. Jasmine is a high school student from Longmont and Imari is at DSST: Stapleton.  We know your voices made a difference!

Thanks to CDE and the state board for your partnership in this important effort and for listening to our voices!
